Yesterday’s Thoughts

Robert Scoble’s rules for successful blogging are probably right on. I wouldn’t really know, I am breaking most of them.

I am blogging irregularly. I am blogging semi-anonymously. I don’t give you my cell phone number, or my e-mail address to contact me.

Of course, I don’t have any readers either, except for my post about Uninstalling Norton AntiVirus. That is my most popular post. Apparently there is some disaffection in the land for Norton.

So I have one rule for blogging. If you want to be popular, bash software products for which people have paid money, and that doesn’t work well.
