Acquit All Defendants in Federal Court

Alberto Gonzales has been sworn in as Attorney General.
This is an American tragedy.
If I am appointed to a jury in Federal Court, I will vote to acquit. If the prosecution is led by a criminal, how can you trust any evidence they put forward?

My First Race is On the Calendar

I signed up for my first race of the season today. The oddly named Stanford Treeathlon.
The other oddity is that the 500 meter swim is about 4 laps of the perimeter of DeGuerre pool. It will be nice to go back to the pool where I became a swimmer.
It is February 21st.
